Head of Growth

As a Head of Growth, you are part of the senior leadership at Galactica Network Foundation and will work with other managers in order to set key objectives across channels and strategies, and manage the Marketing team to implement key strategies. You should be a pragmatic leader, a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the marketing team within the Galactica Network Foundation;

• Define objectives for the Galactica Network Foundation's marketing function in partnership with other senior leaders of the organization;

• Work with the C-suite to articulate key messaging;

• Work with other marketing partners to align content, PR, and social media efforts;

• Work with other divisions and project teams to maximize marketing and its outcomes;

• Stay up to date with the latest blockchain developments and marketing trends;

• Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across all channels including social media;

• Track and report marketing results and metrics;

• Develop and report on metrics and KPI.

Basic Requirements

• 4+ years in the digital assets space;

• Advanced crypto knowledge and deep understanding of the DeFi space;

• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and customer journey;

• Exceptional project and timeline management; strong attention to detail;

• A track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies across the funnel;

• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills;

• Ability to effectively manage a complex, remote-first team with a diverse set of backgrounds, opinions, and working styles;

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
