Research Analyst

Primary Responsibilities

• Researching existing DeFi ecosystems and producing executive summaries and reports describing their mechanics;

• Researching innovations in the ZK cryptography space;

• Developing agent-based models to help create cutting edge (autonomous) systems in the DeFi space;

• Presenting to the Galactica Network Foundation your findings and models on a periodic basis.

Basic Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, (Quantitative) Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent;

• 3+ years of work experience in blockchain and DeFi;

• Knowledge of zero-knowledge cryptography is a plus;

• Ability to think strategically and see the big picture;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate analysis results to experts and management alike;

• Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized.

The Application Process
