At the heart of the #CypherUNI are its Factions-tailored learning groups that align with your skills and interests. These Faction communities nurture your talents while offering practical learning quests and real-world applications.
During the initial public release, only one Faction will be available; we will regularly publish new Factions as previous ones complete their testing cycles.
Factions will guide your learning journey, offering structured, tiered quests ranging from beginner (Trainee) to advanced (Specialist) levels.
Faction Leaders are crucial in organizing these quests, facilitating networking opportunities, and connecting you with Masterclass partnerships led by industry experts.
As you complete these quests, you will earn ranked certifications and reputation Points that become part of your on-chain identity, allowing you to showcase your achievements across the ecosystem.
Faction Organization
Each Faction is guided by a Faction Leader who communicates directly with the Galactica Growth Team to ensure synchrony between our business and the community. These leaders organize events, verify member contributions, delegate crucial tasks, and network with industry experts to forge Masterclass partnerships.
Using the Designer Faction as an example, there are three levels of quests: Trainee, Student, and Specialist.
This tiered system allows designers from all backgrounds and skill levels to participate and get rewarded for their skills and contributions. Thus, whether someone is a seasoned senior designer or a novice, their talent and work will be recognized and valued fairly.
Initially, you can earn a single 'Trainee' rank SBT from the fundamentals quest line in each Faction we release, with more Factions and quest lines published over time.
The roll-out plan
We have been preparing for a soft launch in which we slowly release information and infrastructure as we build up to the full rollout of the Cypher University. Our goal is to thoroughly inform and engage you regarding our initiatives to ensure that all Galacticans enjoy the full process, end-to-end.
During the staggered roll-out of the #CypherUNI Factions, we will select your Faction Leaders, with many of our dedicated Sentinels-a crucial part of the faction creation and educational testing processes-being prime candidates for leadership roles.
The initial public testing release of #CypherUNI will comprise the 'Trainee' level quest line for the 'Business' Faction - a series of 10 quests that will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and connect with new people on your journey to opportunity and growth!
After the Business Faction has been released and tested, more Factions will be published; this iterative testing process will continue until we have achieved a full MVP release of the #CypherUNI.
